Meet Jen

I knew early on that I wanted to learn more about what makes people tick, so I completed my Undergrad Degree in Sociology and a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resource Management. 

Coaching has always come naturally to me, starting as a camp counselor and director, followed by 13 years as a recruiter focused on helping people create and realize their ideal career. 

I spent the next 14 years hiring and mentoring global teams within sales organizations in startups and corporate America at companies like NetSuite, Oracle and Tipalti. During my career, I experienced my fair share of highs and lows, and benefited from mentors who encouraged me to advocate for myself and go for what I wanted.
